Terms
Last updated 18 October 2026
peaq is a training calendar made by rūkī. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use it. They are short on purpose. By signing up you accept them.
Who can use peaq
peaq is invite-only while it is in beta. You need an invitation code and a Google account. One code makes one account. Keep your code to yourself, and do not sell or pass it on. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 16.
What peaq is, and is not
peaq helps you plan and look back on endurance training. The numbers it shows, such as load, fitness, fatigue and balance, are estimates calculated from what you enter. They are not medical advice or a diagnosis, and they do not replace a coach or a doctor. You decide how you train, and you do it at your own risk. If something hurts or feels wrong, stop and ask a professional.
Your data
What you put into peaq is yours. We use it only to run peaq for you, as described in the Privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time.
How to behave
- Do not break the law, or try to break peaq: no attacks, scraping, or overloading it.
- Do not try to guess invitation codes or get into other people’s accounts.
- Do not use peaq to send us anything harmful or that you have no right to share.
If you do, we may limit or close your account. We will tell you why when we can.
The beta
peaq is new. It can change, have bugs, or be unavailable, and we may add, change or remove features. We try to keep your data safe and to give notice before anything significant, but we provide peaq as it is, without promises that it will always work or be error-free.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for what the law says we must be, and no more. In particular, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make about training based on peaq’s estimates. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in peaq or by email before it applies. Using peaq after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and contact
These terms follow Spanish law, and Spanish courts can decide disputes, without taking away any protection you have in the country where you live as a consumer. Questions: admin@ruki.es.
